Refund policy
We appreciate all of you who have loved their purchase, but if you decide it’s not for you we kindly ask all refunds be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (MUST have receipt+tags )
Within 15 - 30 days of purchase, unfortunately we need to issue a store credit … but don’t be upset we have amazing items arriving 52 weeks a year :)
Beyond 30 days your item is longer available for refund or exchange. We know this may be an inconvenience, but for a small business refunds hurt our bottom line and we want to be here next year to serve our community.
If you purchased online the return window will follow the same timeline, but you will need to contact us via email at themonkeysuncle@comcast.net. You will need to ship the item back to us before a return can be processed from an online sale.
Returns will be inspected and items must not have been worn, washed, altered, and must have all original tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will prevent us from being able to accept as a return/exchange. Sorry but we can’t just take back someone’s stinky sweated up tee shirt….thats just nasty ;-)
All doorbusters, specialty items, footwear, dated or playoff related items are FINAL SALE and not returnable following the end of the season. If we happen to not win, please don’t be a fair weathered fan
